We recently returned from a few well deserved days at Disney World and this morning I was pondering the food selection available to Disney guests. My conclusion is that the food at Disney World is great.* <--Yes, there's an asterisk there. There needs to be an asterisk since the variety of items, prices, and availability truly confounds things. If you have time and money it is easy to eat healthy and try a variety of excellent dishes. On the other hand, if you're in the grab and go mode, like many guests there, it can be <s>a pain in the butt</s> tedious to provide your family with a good meal while touring the parks.

Here is a turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a
stuffing -- imagine that. When I found this recipe, I thought it
was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell
when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try.

8 - 15 lb. turkey
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is Good.)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper
to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with melted butter
salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in
baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.

Listen for the popping sounds. When the turkey's ass blows the
oven door open and the bird flies across the room, it's done.

And, you thought I didn't cook...

and I own some huge coffee mugs!!

Havent tried the recipe yet, but the kids and I will be testing the recipe tonight after dinner!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!!!
(This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!
